Hydration and Nutrition
Stay well-hydrated and eat nourishing, light meals. Avoid heavy or processed foods. A balanced diet supports the flow of energy and enhances your receptivity during the session.

Mindful Awareness
Cultivate mindful awareness with meditation, deep breathing, or other relaxation techniques. This prepares you to enter the session with an open and centered mindset.

Dress Comfortably
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and relaxation. Kundalini Bodywork often involves gentle stretching and energy movement, so comfortable attire is essential.
